Safer-play controls
Set and Verify RocketPlay Account Limits
Bing surfaces deposit limits and self-exclusion as distinct player intents. A useful guide records what each control restricts, when it starts and what confirmation proves it was applied.

A deposit limit controls funding; a session reminder records time; a time-out pauses access for a defined period; self-exclusion is a broader restriction. Read the current account descriptions instead of assuming the labels produce the same outcome.
Write down the amount or duration, measurement period, effective time and channels affected before confirming. If the control is available only through support, request a case number and written acknowledgement.

Verify that the restriction took effect
After submission, return to the settings page and check the displayed value and effective date. A safer reduction may apply immediately while an increase can be delayed; record the account's actual rule rather than guessing.
For a time-out or exclusion, do not test the restriction by trying to evade it through another account. If access remains contrary to the confirmation, contact support with the acknowledgement and timestamp.
Keep recovery and reopening separate
Save any stated end date, review process and support channel before the account becomes inaccessible. Reopening rules may differ from password recovery and should not be handled by creating a duplicate profile.
Where gambling is causing harm, use local independent support in addition to account tools. Operator controls are one boundary, not a substitute for financial, health or crisis assistance.
Questions players ask
Is a deposit limit the same as self-exclusion?
No. They restrict different account functions and can have different durations and reopening rules.
Are limit increases always immediate?
Not necessarily. The current account terms may impose a cooling-off period.
What proves a control was applied?
Keep the dated account screen or support confirmation showing the chosen value and effective time.
