Translate the request into separate evidence rows

List identity, residence, age and payment ownership as separate rows. For each row, record the accepted category, freshness rule, file format, required visible fields and secure upload route shown in the authenticated account.

Choose one clear document for each requested fact where possible. A passport may prove identity but not a current residential address; a bank receipt may link a payment but should not expose unrelated transactions.

Keep originals readable and security secrets absent

Use even light, include required edges and make names, dates and document numbers readable at normal zoom. Do not edit a genuine record to force a match; explain a move, legal-name change or transliteration in the case instead.

Passwords, PINs, CVV values, one-time codes, wallet seed phrases and remote access are never KYC documents. If a request asks for one of them, stop and return to authenticated support through the saved account route.

Track decisions without resending everything

Keep the filename, upload time, acknowledgement and result for each evidence row. When one file is rejected, obtain the reason and replace that item only unless the reviewer explicitly requests a complete new set.

Before cashout, confirm that verification shows complete and that the selected payment destination belongs to the verified player. Preserve the final acknowledgement with the withdrawal record.
